NothingProjector Black Series 150-inch UST ALR screen promotional image showing 4K/8K, HDR, 0.6 gain and ambient-light rejection claims

The most expensive screen mistake is solving the wrong problem: buying by size alone when projector geometry, room light, optical structure and gain are what determine whether the image actually works.

Where the featured screen fits

The NothingProjector Black Series product page publishes a 0.6 gain, 170° viewing angle, 150-inch size and ultra-short-throw compatibility. The Black Series line is marketed at 95% ambient-light rejection. Those facts place it squarely in the large-format UST ALR decision set, but they do not make it universal: higher-gain Fresnel screens and motorized screens solve different problems.
